A weekend for music

We’ll be pulling out all the stops to keep South London swinging this weekend. On Friday I'll be hosting the Trinity Jazz Club at Trinity School. The Sixth Form Centre is transformed to a proper jazz club with mood lighting and a bar (we wish school was like this in our day)! Pianist/singer Michael L. Roberts and award-winning saxophonist Karen Sharp will be backed by our own Joe Pettitt and drummer Rod Youngs. There'll also be appearances from some of Trinity's amazing jazz students. For further details and to book, click here.

There are still some spaces available for Sunday night at The Warren in Hayes (near Bromley). This is shaping up to be a great night with Enrico Tomasso as our featured soloist. Other guests in the band include BBC Big Band's Andy Panayi in the saxes and trombone virtuoso Trevor Mires. At just £15, it's a great value night out with some seriously good music!
