Some sad goodbyes

We’re sorry to report that two of our longest serving musicians have decided to hang up their big band boots. Trevor Barber and Colin Hickman have now retired from the band. Between them they have given us seventy years of service! Both of these fantastic players have become good friends of mine (and no doubt yours) and will be much missed. Their support for me personally has been tremendous and their playing outstanding.

Trevor is retiring from playing altogether but Colin will still be out and about on occasional gigs with his own 7-piece band. We wish them both well and thank them for everything they’ve done for the band.
